Owen Raun with Online Mortgage Podcast interviews Todd Carpenter, Head Honcho of Mariah.com. Todd is one of the original mortgage industry bloggers and recently was named to Inman 25 Most Infuential Real Estate Bloggers list for 2007. Todd gives his perspective on successful blogging, how his work fits into the blogesphere and also announces a new blog to go live on Oct 10th. He entered the industry as an originator, then worked in wholesale and also spent time working at Myers and LionInc before starting his blog in early 2005 as a way to maintain contact with 54 previous strong clients. Now his site generates thousands of visitors each week.
